1 cup Aywa soya chunks

2 spoon maida (refined flour)

2 spoon cornflour

1 pod Chopped garlic

1 inch Chopped ginger

3-4 Chopped green chillies

1 Chopped onion

1 Chopped capsicum

5-6 Chopped beans

1/2 cup Tomato sauce

2 spoon soya sauce

Salt as per taste

Oil as needed

1 pinch sugar

Chopped coriander Leaves

1 tsp black pepper powder
Take 1 cup of soya chunks and soak them in hot water with salt and keep it aside for 20 minutes. After 20-25 minutes strain them out from the water and squeeze well so that there is no extra water in the soya chunks.
In a bowl, add soya chunks, add cornflour, maida, pepper powder, and salt, and mix it well. Do not add water.
Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add soya chunks and deep fry till it reaches a golden crispy texture.Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, onion, capsicum, beans, chillies and fry it for 2-3 minutes. Add all sauces, cornflour and water mixture and stir it well for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and sugar. Add soya chunks into the gravy and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves.
